Serving as Executive Director of Lazarus Caucus, (the organization whose goal is to support the needs of the West Side Men’s Shelter), Andrea has first hand experience with challenges and complications present in homelessness, addiction, poverty and mental illness.  The knowledge she brings compliments her ability to develop practical marketing strategies which support the need to reach out with a call-to-action to several diverse groups.  This experience in the nonprofit arena lends itself to an intuitive understanding of the demands of development campaigns.  Andrea has extensive experience in fundraising and stewardship campaigns wich include co-founding and running her own nonprofit organization, Sailing Abord Recovery Inc., an organization whose purpose was to  provide respite sailing retreats for families with at-risk and terminally ill children.

Dedicated to the revitalization of Baltimore’s Westside, Andrea participates in the Mayor’s Westside Taskforce as a resource for market input, provider of demographic and statistical data and consultant.  She also is working with Helen Delish Bentley  and The Wicklein Group in development of a educational resource site for the Port of Baltimore.

Theresa Ratajczak, more

For over 20 years, Theresa has developed materials for every department inside as well as outside of Bon Secours Baltimore including Liberty Campus, Senior Housing, Washington Village and Teleneart.  Through her creative approach, Theresa graphically renders the mission of the Sisters of Bon Secours in a uniquely personal way.

In addition to her visual design ability, Theresa has extensive experience in organizational management.  Theresa is active in the supporting arm of the Wes Side Shelter, Lazarus Caucus.  She has serveed on the board for over 5 years and currently is President of the organization.  During her tenure, she is credited with systemizing the process within the organizational structure.  She also has played an integral part in fundraising and development.
